Deirdre Patterson-Ingram, the founder and CEO of Women Empowering Women International Network, Inc. (WE WIN), established the organization on April 23, 2015. With a deep-seated passion for empowering female entrepreneurs, or "ladypreneurs," she is dedicated to helping them unlock and maximize their potential. Under her leadership, the network provides valuable resources, mentorship, and support, fostering a community where women can thrive in their business endeavors. Deirdre believes that by uplifting one another, women can create a stronger presence in the entrepreneurial landscape, driving innovation and success. Her vision is to cultivate an environment where women feel confident to pursue their dreams and achieve their goals, ultimately contributing to the growth of their communities and beyond.
Our Service Projects
WE WIN supports and organizes community projects that give back and impact our community.
Community Service
We support our local food banks monetarily and through volunteerism. We provide help to families that need to escape domestic violence.
Juneteenth Celebration Festival
We are in Partnership with the Black & Minority Business Network of SE. We raised enough funds to anonymously pay off 83 lunch balances. We also partnered with AC Outreach Ministries and distributed Turkeys to 93 families during the event.

WE WIN hosts 2 events, The Women of Extinction Community Impact Award and WE WIN Service Award.
